I focus on how the present may be linked to past experiences.
The body has specific processes that are followed in response to difficult situations. When we are struggling with something in the present time and find it hard to let go, it is important to explore what is holding us back and not allowing us to move on.
The human brain, with practice, is capable of creating new connections.
